Please must read and understand user manual before you use the camera for first time.

1. About 4K
If you want 4k quality, first you must choose 4k resolution on camera menu before recording, because AC3 supports recording with a variety of different resolutions:UHD(4K), QHD, FHD, HD and VGA, and you need to playback on 4k TV or 4k computer.

2. About Battery
Model: NP-120 lithium battery
Charging time: 150 mins
Recording time:
Record video in 4k : 90 mins
Record video in 2k: 100 mins
Record video in 1080P or 720P: 110 mins
NOTE:
After receiving the camera, please charge the battery before using it.
The battery life is related to the environment and method of use. The above usage time is for reference only.

3. About SD card
AC3 camera supports SD card max 256GB(Please format the SD card in the settings menu of this video camera when using the camcorder for the first time)

4. About Language
This camera supports 13 languages, including English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Russian, Portuguese, Dutch, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese and Polish.

5. About Focus
AC3 is 30X digital zoom camera, if you are used to manual focusing, we recommend you our AC5 or AC7 Optical zoom camera.
Autofocus can be achieved by simply aligning the camera with the subject for a few seconds.

6.Shooting distance: This camera is only suitable for shooting 1.5 meters and further; not suitable for macro shooting(We offer sales of macro lenses, if you need macro shooting).

7.About color distortion
If color distortion occurs during shooting, it is most likely a setting error. Selecting Restore default settings in the settings will solve the problem.

8.The camcorder could be used as PC camera. The video camera supports to be charged while using it.

9. About WiFi
Video and photo can be controlled and shared by downloading APP (LzxViewer) on smart phone (support for Android or IOS system).

How to use WiFi?
1. Turn on the camcorder and turn mode button to “SET” position.
2. Toch the camcorder screen and select WiFi, then WIfi name and password will show on the screen(SSID: HDV, PWD: 12345678).
3. Download “LzxViewer” APP from your smartphone or tablet and enable WiFi.
4. Find the WiFi name “HDV” and enter password “12345678”. Then go back to the “LzViewer” APP, then you can use remote control to record.
5. Press “PHOTO” button to disconnect WiFi.
Tips: The effective distance is less than 9.8 feet. Wi-Fi is not to connect to your router.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
